Last Soccer Game

The soccer season is officially over.  No more getting around for 9:00 games on a Saturday morning (we only had two 10:00 games all season). Caden scored another goal today, and our team ended up winning!  There was a little party afterwards at a nearby park which was a lot of fun for the kids.  Too bad it was only 30something degrees outside.  We really lucked out though; today was the only really cold game.

Caden's First Goal

Caden made his first goal in soccer this past Saturday.  It was really hard to tell who was more excited.  It was one of those "so that's where the family is sitting" moments :)  It was great that Nana was there to help celebrate.

Abigail's Clothes

Speaking of what Abigail chooses to wear...this was one outfit she picked out all by herself!  It was cooler that morning, so she had a purple jacket in addition to all this.  These are days where we aren't going anywhere.

Twins

The other day I asked Abigail what she would like to wear.  I was shocked when she said a purple shirt.  Then she said she wanted to wear short pants (capris).  It took me a little while to figure out that that was what I was wearing that day :)

Caden's Field Trip

Caden had his first school Field Trip on Sept. 27th, one of those beautiful 70 degree weather days.  We went to Roba's Pumpkin Patch, and we took the bus to get there!  We were only there for about 2 hours, but he still had a great time.

They were able to bring home a pumpkin, and we got one for Abigail too.
